Ortivus equips Norwegian ambulances with MobiMed

Helse Midt RHF, One of Norway’s five hospital care regions, has in a letter of intent announced that they are to sign a contract with Ortivus’ Norwegian partner Locus. The agreement covers the installation of Ortivus’ MobiMed system in all ambulances in the region. MobiMed is a system that supports patient care processes and facilitates communication between ambulances and hospitals. Vital data is continuously transmitted to hospitals, enabling these to better prepare for the patient’s arrival. The system also helps the ambulance staff to take appropriate actions directly in the ambulance. MobiMed is currently in use in a number of ambulances in Norway but this is the first order that covers an entire region and involves approximately 100 ambulances. ”We are very happy for the confidence given to us by Helse Midt RHF.
