Press release from Ortivus’ Election Committee

Ortivus’ election committee, representing approximately 49% of the company’s votes, suggests to the Annual Meeting that the Board shall consist of seven ordinary representatives and no deputy member.

Jack Forsgren has declined re-election. The election committee suggests re-election of Akbar Seddigh, Laurent Leksell, Lennart Ribohn, Anna Söderblom and Jan Würtz. The committee suggests Jon Risfelt and Pontus Lesse to be elected new members of the Board. Furthermore the committee suggests that Akbar Seddigh is elected Chairman of the Board.

Ortivus AB:s Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 8 2007.
