The Election Committee’s proposal for the Board of Directors of Ortivus AB

The Election Committee will to the Annual General Meeting propose that the Board of Directors comprises five members.

The Election Committee proposes re-election of Anna Söderblom, Peter Edwall, Annemarie Gardshol, Crister Stjernfelt and the Board chairman Jon Risfelt.

Laurent Leksell has declined re-election but will remain as advisor to the company.

Other proposals from the Election Committee will be presented in the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting.
