Össur hf. has on the 6 May 2003 delivered 189.600 shares.  This is on basis of Stock Option Agreement dated 18. September 2000.

The shares were delivered to the following employees:
Gary Wertz, president of Össur North America, 84.000 shares
Mark Emery, vice president of finance CFO, of Össur North America, 84.000 shares
And an employee who is not an insider, 21.600 shares

After the settlement of this agreement Össur hf.  owns 5.429.217 shares.
