CHANGES TO EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 24 April 2015 regarding changes to the employee representatives on the Board of Directors of Opera Software ASA. Following an increase in the number of substitute members, the employee representatives are as follows.
