Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 15 March 2013. Following registration of the share capital increase as resolved by the Board in connection with the completion of the Skyfire acquisition, please find attached an updated company certificate for Opera Software ASA. Following registration, the registered share capital is NOK 2,432,453.76, divided into 121,622,688 shares, each having a face value of NOK 0.02.

As part of allocation of new shares in connection of the completion of the acquisition of Skyfire, primary insider Jeff Glueck, EVP of Operator Solutions, has subscribed for a total of 45,823 shares in Opera Software ASA, each share at a subscription price of NOK 35.21. After registration of the share issue with the Register of Business Enterprises, the primary insider holds 45,283 shares and no options in Opera Software ASA.
