Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 18 June 2013
regarding an issue of new shares in connection with Opera's incentive
scheme. The share issue has now been registered, please
find attached the updated company certificate. Following registration,
the share capital of Opera Software ASA is NOK 2,444,490.64 divided on
122,224,532 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
