Reference is made to the announcement by Opera Software ASA ("Opera") on
12 March 2014 regarding a resolution to increase the Company`s share
capital by NOK 957 by issuing 47 850 new shares, of par value NOK
0.02, in connection with share option exercise under Opera's share
option program. Following the completion of the share capital
subscription, the share capital of Opera was registered increased on 14
March 2014. The new registered share capital is NOK 2 651 721.76
divided into 132 586 088 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
