Exercise of employee share options in Opera Software ASA

Reference is made to the statement dated March 5th 2009 where it was announced that participants excersised a total number of 1,051,970 options. Following the exercise, 1.051.970 shares will be transferred from Opera Software's holding of own shares. The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 21.326 per share.
