1. Participants in the Company's share option program have on March 12th 2013 exercised a total number of 223 899 options.
2. Options exercised by primary insiders March 12th 2013:
Christian Uribe has exercised 5 250 options in the Company, corresponding to 5 250 shares at the strike price of NOK 16.06.
Halvor Helgø has exercised 14 400 options in the Company, corresponding to 3 500 shares at the strike price of NOK 15.76, 7 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.86 and 3 900 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.36.
Lars Aarhus has exercised 1 100 options in the Company, corresponding to 1 100 shares at the strike price of NOK 16.06.
Malin Rundberg has exercised 2 100 options in the Company, corresponding to 2 100 shares at the strike price of NOK 16.06.
Rikard Gillemyr has exercised 25 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 25 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 11.46.
Tami Weiss has exercised 1 500 options in the Company, corresponding to 1 500 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.36.
Thomas Bullen has exercised 2 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 2 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.36.
Erik Harrell has exercised 2 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 2 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 11.46.
Tove Selnes exercised 10 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 24.16.
Mahi de Silva exercised 43 749 options in the Company, corresponding to 43 749 shares at the strike price of NOK 28.62.
3. Transfer of rights
On March 12th 2013, the primary insiders mentioned below transferred their rights to receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. The sales amount will be finally determined on the basis of the price subsequently obtained by the third party when selling the shares in the market. Still, primary insiders cannot be held liable for losses incurred by the third party if the shares are later sold below
the strike price. Final compensation for the transferred rights will be reported to Oslo Børs when known.

4. Purchase of shares
On 12th of March 2013, the primary insiders mentioned below entered into an agreement to use 100 % of the compensation mentioned in item 3 to purchase shares. When known, the final number of shares, along with the compensation, will be reported to Oslo Børs.

After exercising options, Christian Uribe holds 10 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.42.
After exercising options, Halvor Helgø holds 82 100 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.42, 30 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.30, 2 100 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.36 and 40 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 35.00. As of today the primary insider holds 2 065 shares in the Company.
After exercising options, Lars Aarhus holds 11 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 1 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 16.06, and 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.42. As of today the primary insider holds 32 117 shares in the Company.
