Reference is made to the statement dated June 18th, 2013. The payment has been determined based on a selling price of 45.18 per share.

Lars Aarhus purchased 637 shares at a price of 45.18.
Nunu Sitima purchased 1 673 shares at a price of 45.18

After exercising options, Lars Aarhus holds 10 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.20. As of today the primary insider holds 33 369 shares in the Company.

After exercising options, Nuno Sitima holds 11 200 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 11 200 shares at the strike price of NOK 17.04, 30 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 30 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 21.20, 60 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 60 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 27.08 and 60 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 60 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 34.78. As of today the primary insider holds 1 673 shares in the Company.
