Exercise of employee share options in Opera Software ASA
1. Participants in the Company’s share option program have on January 2nd 2015 exercised a total number of 250 006 options. Following the exercise, 250 006 shares will be transferred from the Company's holding of own shares. Subsequent to the transaction Opera Software ASA holds 1 289 069 own shares.
2. Options exercised by primary insiders January 2nd 2015:
Mahi de Silva has exercised 43 751 options in the Company, corresponding to 43 751 shares at the strike price of NOK 28.16.
3. Transfer of rights
On January 2nd 2015, the primary insider mentioned below transferred the rights to receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. The payment was determined based on a selling price of NOK 97.9788 per right.
