Grant of options

Oslo December 3, 2008 - The Board of Directors has granted the following
primary insiders options in the Board meeting on November 28, 2008:

Deputy General Counsel, Jason Hoida, 10 000 options exercisable over
four years with a strike price equal to the market price on the first
trading day after the presentation of the quarterly results (NOK 16.70).
After this, Hoida owns 2 259 shares, and holds 30 000 options.
