Grant of restricted share units

The Board of Directors of Opera Software ASA granted a total of 1,160,833 restricted share units (“RSUs”) of which 1,120,833 are performance based, on 11. March, 2016.  

The following primary insider was granted RSUs: 

Will Kassoy, CEO Opera Mediaworks 329,167 performance based RSUs. The performance based RSUs will, provided that the criteria are met, vest in August 2017 and December 2018. After this grant, the employee holds 344,916 RSUs, and 188,488 shares in Opera Software ASA.
