HTC TO SHIP OPERA MOBILE 9

Oslo, Norway - February 12, 2008 - Opera Software today announced that the Taiwan-based manufacturer HTC has selected the Opera Mobile 9 browser for an upcoming device, the HTC Advantage(tm) X7510. This is the first named OEM device to be announced with Opera Mobile 9. Today's announcement refers to Opera's stock exchange announcement of January 2, 2008.

Building on the success of its iconic predecessor, the second-generation HTC Advantage X7510 takes laptop performance in a pocket-size form-factor to new heights of power and usability. The HTC Advantage X7510 runs Windows Mobile 6 and features 16GB of internal flash memory, finger gesture recognition and an improved tactile keyboard for intensive text-input. This second generation device makes playing media, working with documents, sending and receiving emails and Web browsing a more empowering experience.

Opera`s agreement with HTC covers license and development fees.
