Mandatory notice of trade

In connection with a de-merger of Daland AS, which is owned by CEO Jon S. von Tetzchner with 94.05 % and CTO Håkon Wium Lie with 5.95 %, it is today transferred 15,999,742 shares in Opera Software ASA to Mozart Invest AS which I wholly owned by CEO Jon S. von Tetzchner, and 1,013,082 shares in Opera Software ASA are transferred to Merm, which is wholly owned by CTO Håkon Wium Lie. Mozart Invest AS and Merm were established in connection with the de-merger. Daland AS is dissolved in connection with the de-merger. Mozart Invest AS holds 13.38 % of the shares in Opera Software ASA and Merm AS 0.85 % Jon S. von Tetzchner holds no options or rights to subscribe for shares in Opera Software ASA. Håkon Wium Lie holds 80.000 options in Opera Software ASA."
