On March 20 2017, DNB has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased 11,496 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 38.0355, based on the price obtained by option holders March 20th 2017. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 30.4284 per share.
