Mandatory notification of trade

On August 25, 2017, DNB has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased 6 018 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 23,902, based on the price obtained by RSU holders August 25th 2017. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 19,1216 per share.
