On December 19 2018, DNB has, on behalf of Otello Corporation, purchased 6 836 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 11.6978. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 9.36 per share.

Jason Hoida purchased 1 709 shares at NOK 9.36. Jason Hoida holds 305,000 unexercised options in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 7,234 shares in the Company.
