Mandatory notification of trade

Stephan Brodschöll, General Counsel at Opera Software ASA, has, on June 12, 2009, sold 30000 shares in Opera Software at NOK 30.20. Following this transaction, Brodschöll holds 80000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 60000 shares at the strike price of NOK 12.40, and 20000 options in the Company corresponding to 20000 shares at the strike price of NOK 24.20.
