On 18th of June 2013, DNB has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased 4,639 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 45.18, based on an average price obtained by option holders in the period of 17th – 18th of June. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 38.40 per share. The following primary insiders have purchased shares:
