On 10 December 2013, DNB has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased 6,743 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 78.05, based on an average price obtained by option holders in the period of 6-10 December. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 66.34 per share. The following primary insiders have purchased shares:

Erik Møller, purchased 64 shares at NOK 66.34. Following this transaction, Møller holds a total of 64 shares in Opera Software.

Frode Jacobsen, purchased 128 shares at NOK 66.34. Following this transaction, Jacobsen holds a total of 15 000 options and 128 shares in Opera Software.
