Mandatory notification of trade

On June 3rd 2015, ABG Sundal Collier has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased 32,030 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 65.75, based on an average price obtained by option holders June 3rd. The discounted share price to the employees is NOK 52.60 per share.

The following primary insider has purchased shares: 

Falguni Bhuta, purchased 304 shares at NOK 52.60. Bhuta holds 8 000 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 1 775 shares in the Company.
