On 17th June 2011, DnB NOR has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased
5,760 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP).
The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 33.27, based on an
average price obtained by optionsholders in the period of 7th-17th
June. The discounted share price to the employee is NOK 28,28 per
share.


The following primary insider has purchased shares:

Baard Farmen Andresen, purchased 300 shares at NOK 28,28. Following this
transaction, Andresen holds a total of 1,504 shares and 40,500 options in Opera
Software.


Halvor Helgø, purchased 300 shares at NOK 28,28. Following this
transaction, Helgø holds a total of 1,805 shares and 34,000 options in Opera
Software.


Charles McCathieNevile, purchased 150 shares at NOK 28,28. Following this
transaction, McCathieNevile holds a total of 6,177 shares and 6,600 options in Opera
Software.


Aaron Michael McParlan, purchased 150 shares at NOK 28,28. Following this
