Oslo, Norway - March 11, 2008 - Opera Software ASA today submitted a new business certificate to the Oslo Stock Exchange, in relation to the share capital increase announced to OSE on March 6, 2008.

The new share capital is NOK 2,391,495.64, fully registered with the Register of Business Enterprises.
