Nomination Committee's proposals for annual general meeting
The Nomination Committee of Opera Software ASA ("Opera") hereby presents its proposals for the annual general meeting to be held on 2 June 2017. First, the Nomination Committee propose to replace Marianne Blystad with Birgit Mitdbust. Second, the Nomination Committee puts forward proposal for director remuneration.
