Opera - Buyback

On March 20, 2017, Opera Software ASA purchased 530 618 of its own shares according to its share buyback program. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 38,0355 per share as a block trade after market based on the volume weighted average price of the day. Concurrently, Opera employees have exercised a total of 683 891 options/RSU’s and ESPP. Please see separate announcement for details. Following these transactions, Opera Software ASA owns 2 812 564 of its own shares.
