Opera to establish an ADR program

Oslo, Norway - December 1, 2008 - Opera Software today announced that its Board of Directors has decided to establish a Level 1 ADR (American Depositary Receipt) program in the United States, for which the Company expects a registration statement to be filed today with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Bank of New York Mellon has been appointed as the Company’s depositary bank for this program.
