Release of employee restricted share units

Participants in the Company's RSU program have on September 17th 2018 settled 128 520 RSU's.

On the same date, Otello Corporation ASA purchased 93 769 own shares at a price of NOK 19,6203 per share to settle its obligation to deliver the shares (see separate announcement). The price was equal to the volume weighted average price of the day. Following this transaction, Otello Corporation ASA holds 9 651 749 treasury shares.

The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 19,6203 per share.
