Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 8 September 2016 regarding the issue of 1,140,725 new shares, of par value NOK 0,02. Following the increase the Company`s share capital is NOK 2,955,754.54 divided into 147,787,727 shares. The share issue has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises.
