Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 17 November 2016 regarding the issue of 1,689,702 new shares, of par value NOK 0,02. Following the increase the Company`s share capital is NOK 2,989,548.58 divided into 149,477,429 shares.The share issue has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises.
