WILLCOM selects Opera

Oslo, Norway - June 3, 2008 - Opera Software today announced that it has signed an agreement with WILLCOM, an operator in Japan. Under the terms of the agreement, WILLCOM will install Opera Mobile 9.5 on upcoming handsets running Windows Mobile. Opera has previously been shipped on a long range of Windows-based mobile devices from WILLCOM.

WILLCOM, Inc. is a mobile data telecommunications company, providing services in Japan. The company has a 5% market share in the competitive market for telecommunications services in Japan.

Opera Software is paid by WILLCOM per unit sold in accordance with the software licensing agreement signed by the two companies.
