Outokumpu - Purchasing of shares in Matching Share Plan has begun

Outokumpu announced on April 27, 2016 a Matching Share Plan for the Outokumpu key employees. In this incentive program, the participants invest 30–120% of their annual gross base salary into Outokumpu shares in a certain timeframe. The purchasing of the shares has begun in week 32 and will end in week 39 at the latest.
The participants of the plan shall acquire the shares from the market, following the applicable insider regulations. Outokumpu will match each share acquired by the employee with two gross shares from which the applicable taxes will be deducted, and the remaining net number of shares delivered to the participants. The matching shares will be delivered in four equal installments in the end of 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, respectively. As to the members of the Outokumpu Leadership team participating in the plan, Outokumpu will announce their share purchases separately according to the Market Abuse Regulation.
