OUTOKUMPU 2002 ANNUAL REPORT PUBLISHED

Outokumpu’s printed annual report 2002 has been published today
in both Finnish and English. Both language versions of the
annual report can be downloaded as PDF-files from Outokumpu
website at www.outokumpu.com.

The printed 2002 annual report will be sent by mail to all
registered shareholders before the Annual General Meeting to be
held on April 3, 2003.
