Outokumpu cancels its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, March 31 and will hold the Annual General Meeting at a later date

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the related announcement by the Finnish Government on March 16, Outokumpu has decided to cancel its Annual General Meeting of March 31, 2020.

According to the announcement by the Finnish Government, all public gatherings will be limited to a maximum of ten persons. Even though an Annual General Meeting of a listed company is not a public gathering, Outokumpu’s Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting.

Outokumpu will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
