                - SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS
                - SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH CONVERTIBLE BOND
               
The 836 064 new shares (OUT1VN0104) of Outokumpu Oyj and
1 647 423 shares subscribed with the option rights 1998
and the 190 708 shares subscribed with the Outokumpu
Oyj`s convertible bond 1999 will be traded together with
the old shares as of 8 April 2004.

The last trading day of the new shares (OUT1VN0104) will
be 7 April 2004.
