Outokumpu publishes its Annual Report 2020

Outokumpu has today published its Annual Report 2020. The Annual Report, published in English, includes Sustainability review, Review by the Board of Directors and Financial statements as well as Corporate Governance statement and Remuneration report.

In Finnish, Outokumpu has published a Financial review, which includes CEO’s review and Strategy review, Review by the Board of Directors and Financial statements as well as Corporate Governance statement and Remuneration report.

Outokumpu also voluntarily publishes the Annual Report in English and Financial review in Finnish in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the XHTML format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the reports have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF Financial statements have been assured by the auditor. The voluntary documents are available in the zip file attached to this release.
