OUTOKUMPU SIGNS EUR 875 MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY

Outokumpu Oyj has signed a EUR 875 million revolving credit
facility. Since the deal was oversubscribed from its initial
launch amount of EUR 800 million it was increased to EUR 875
million.

This five-year facility is for general corporate purposes and
replaces the existing similar facilities of Outokumpu and its
subsidiaries. The facility will serve as the core credit
facility for Outokumpu.

The mandated lead arrangers for the transaction are ABN Amro
Bank N.V., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd, Citigroup, J.P.
Morgan plc and Nordea.

The other banks participating in the arrangement are: Danske
Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Handelsbanken,
BNP PARIBAS Oslo Branch, Crédit Agricole Indosuez Helsinki
Branch, ING, LB Kiel, RBC Finance B.V., Sampo Bank plc, Mizuho
Corporate Bank, Ltd and Fortis International Finance (Dublin).
