The 1998 Outokumpu option warrants de-listed on March 25, 2004

The option warrants issued by Outokumpu Oyj in 1998 will be de-listed from the Helsinki Exchanges on Thursday, March 25, 2004, and thus the last trading day with the option warrants is March 24, 2004. The option warrants are exercisable until March 31, 2004. Each option warrant entitles holders thereof to subscribe for 1 097.56 shares of Outokumpu Oyj at a price of EUR 8.56 per share.
