Changes to Ovako's board

Björn Nilsson has been elected as a new member of Ovako's board of directors.

Björn Nilsson takes over from Magnus Lindquist on Ovako's board of directors. Björn Nilsson has been an investment advisor at Triton and a member of its investment committee since Triton was founded in 1997. Prior to that, Björn Nilsson worked at Chase Manhattan in New York.

Ovako's board now comprises: Finn Johnsson, chairman; Sakari Tamminen, board member; Martin Ivert, board member; Nizar Ghoussaini, board member; Björn Nilsson, board member; Oskari Eskola, board member; Per Pettersson, employee representative; and Robert Nilsson employee representative.
