Changes to Ovako's Board of Directors

Sakari Tamminen has been elected as a new member of Ovako's board of directors.

Sakari Tamminen has extensive experience of managing and developing large international industrial companies, such as Ruukki and Metso Corporation. He is already Vice Chairman of Sanoma Corporation, Chairman of Industry Investment Ltd and the Association of Finnish Steel and Metal Producers, and Vice President of Eurofer. He was also formerly a board member of the World Steel Association.

Ovako's board now comprises: Finn Johnsson, Chairman; Sakari Tamminen, board member; Martin Ivert, board member; Nizar Ghoussaini, board member; Magnus Lindquist, board member; Oskari Eskola, board member; Per Pettersson, employee representative; Robert Nilsson, employee representative; Anders Nilsson, employee representative; and Patrik Undvall, employee representative.
