Ovako Annual Report 2011 published

Ovako has today published its Annual Report for 2011. It can be downloaded on the Group’s website www.ovako.com/IR.

The report includes the financial statements, i.e. the Board of Directors Report, profit and loss account, balance sheet, notes etc.

Events after the end of the reporting period
A motion will be presented to the annual general meeting on 15 May by which the board of directors of Triako Midco AB will be the same as the current board of the subsidiary group Ovako AB. Thereafter, the board of directors will be composed as follows: Finn Johnsson (chairman), Nizar Ghoussaini, Martin Ivert, Jyrki Lee Korhonen, Magnus Lindquist, Jorma Eloranta, Tord Göransson (employee representative) and Robert Nilsson (employee representative). The board change will take place as part of the preparations for a possible future stock exchange listing. For the same reason, the name of Triako Midco AB will be changed during 2012, to include the name Ovako also in the name of the parent company.
