Ovako Launches a New Purpose and Updated Core Values

To meet our ambitious business and sustainability goals, we have realigned our strategy, purpose, and core values, all encapsulated in the Ovako Way Statement. To make this meaningful, we introduced the Ovako Way – a digital initiative that challenged all employees globally to participate in our journey forward.

The Ovako Way project was launched in June, inviting all employees to review the Ovako Way Statement and express their support. An impressive 99% of participating employees endorsed the initiative. To symbolize the connection between Ovako and zero carbon, employees were also encouraged to creatively visualize their support for the Ovako Way Statement.
