Ovako recruits new Director of Human Resources

Karin Lagerstedt Woolford has been appointed Director of Human Resources for the Ovako Group and member of group management.

Karin Lagerstedt Woolford joins Ovako from a position as SVP Human Resources at Green Cargo AB. She has a broad background in strategic HR from SEB and other companies.

“We are delighted to strengthen our group management with Karin. She will have a significant role in Ovako’s change process and focus on issues of organisation and skills,” says Tom Erixon, President and CEO Ovako.

Karin Lagerstedt Woolford joins the company 1 February 2014.

Sven Bäckström, will leave his position as Director of Human Resources and support the company in projects within administration until he leaves Ovako at the end of June 2014.
