Correction of CEO comment in interim report for April–June 2019

In the CEO comment on page 2 of the interim report that Cimco Marine AB (publ) (the “Company”) published today, 30 August 2019, it is incorrectly stated that the Company has a long-term target of 20%+ gross margin. The correct long-term target is 20%+ EBITDA margin.

A correct version of the interim report is attached hereto and available on the Company’s website.
