OxySure to the Rescue at Pelican Isle Yacht Club – For the Second Time

Frisco, Texas, USA, May 21, 2013 – OxySure Systems, Inc. (OXYS: OTCQB) (“OxySure,” or the “Company”), a medical device innovator of life-saving, easy-to-use emergency oxygen solutions with its “oxygen from powder” technology today announced that the OxySure Model 615 was brought to rescue in a medical emergency at the Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples, Florida. This is the second time that the OxySure Model 615 was brought to rescue at the club in less than a year.

The emergency involved a member of the club who was overcome by heat while visiting a car show being held in the parking lot of the club. The gentleman started having difficulties breathing after spending approximately two hours in the heat. The team at Pelican Isle Yacht Club immediately jumped into action. Mrs. Lauren Foster, Member Services Manager asked Mrs. Laurie Jackson, Club Controller to retrieve the OxySure unit while attending to the man. Mrs. Susan Bowles, Club Administrator immediately called 911. When Mrs. Jackson arrived with the OxySure unit Mrs. Foster immediately and quickly applied it, providing initial stabilization while waiting for the first responders to arrive. The first responders transported the man to an area hospital and ultimately a good outcome was accomplished.

In presenting the Pelican Yacht Club with the OxySure Beacon of Safety AwardSM Mr. Julian T.
