ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NAV OF THE P CAPITAL PARTNERS ALPHA

Since P Capital Partners Alpha decreased its contributed capital by SEK 28 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan has been calculated.

The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to SEK 19,000 per participation loan debenture, and SEK 3 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 28 July 2021, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 716,527 each. The calculated Net Asset Value takes the above-mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of P Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by P Capital Partners AB, which is owned by management. The P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners Alpha AB (publ) and listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
