P CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAV OF P CAPITAL PARTNERS ALPHA

P Capital today announces that, at the close of business on 30 June 2021, the Net Asset Value of P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan amounted to SEK 737,850 per debenture.

Ordinary income of SEK 4,792 per debenture will be distributed to debenture holders on 14 July 2021. A partial repayment of the participation loan debentures amounting to SEK 19,000 per debenture will be made on 28 July 2021.

P Capital Partners Alpha’s assets are composed of 100 per cent privately issued corporate loans.

During the quarter no private loans were fully repaid.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of P Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by P Capital Partners AB, which is owned by management. The P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners Alpha AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
