P Capital Partners Alpha AB (publ) has today published its Annual Report for 2022. The report can be downloaded from the company website www.pcapital.se.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners Alpha participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners Alpha AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
