AMENDMENT P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 15 December 2022, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 30.7 million through the issuance of 144,988 series A1 and 13,400 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 93 each and 17,085 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 930 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.11 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter 2022.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 960.8 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 421.4 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 39 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 496.6 million and EUR 3.8 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
